Notes: "Spirit of Solitude, #623" was painted by Hovsep Pushman, circa 1940. The painting was later painted over and changes to the composition were made. It is listed in the Pushman inventory journal, #623. It is signed, lower right, and is housed in an original, Pushman designed frame.
