Notes: "An Armenian Girl" was painted by Hovsep Pushman, circa 1920. It is signed lower right and is included in the Pushman inventory journal, #20. The painting is in good condition and is in an original, Pushman designed frame. It was painted while living at the Mission Inn, Riverside, Ca. Harold Bell Wright wrote a poem to express his thanks to his friend, Hovsep Pushman, after Pushman painted a picture of this young girl and presented the painting to Wright as a gift.
